My Time at Sandrock is a little more generous on this front than most as it actually gives you solid numbers denoting how much a gift affects a character’s relationship with you. That said, it doesn’t help ...I am not 100% sure it is a bug or maybe part of the story-line, but I have not been able to talk to Qi or hand in any commissions to him for quite some time now.
